Green People attends wind-powered car launch by Ecotricity
Last night a revolutionary wind-powered car was launched by one of Green People’s
sustainability partners, Ecotricity, at a sparkling launch in London.
Green People’s founder, Charlotte Vøhtz, attended the
event with her daughter Sandra to celebrate this pioneering eco creation with Ecotricity
chief executive Dale Vince, along with sustainability pioneers like Krt from Junky
Styling.
The Nemesis is the brainchild of Dale, who has seen the project through from concept
to build and now the eventual launch. Dale is dedicated to bringing sustainability
to the mainstream and encouraging people to think more about their lifestyles –
creating a new ‘Green Britain’.
With the Nemesis he has created an electric car which can go further and faster,
and be refuelled quicker than any of the other electric cars on the market.
Damon Hill was also there to see the launch of the Nemesis. The ex-racing driver
has a special interest in eco-friendly motoring and has been supportive of the latest
developments in sustainability technology. He is seen here with Dale.
Charlotte’s daughter Sandra is seen here with Junky
Styling’s Krt and Dale’s son Sam, and again with the Nemesis.
