Customer Loyalty Scheme Terms & Conditions

1. Green Points will be awarded to all personal customers who purchase directly from The Green People Co Ltd and who meet the entry requirements as set out in the following clauses.

2. Green Points will not be awarded to trade accounts including wholesalers, shops or therapists.

3. Customers who have earned Green Points are under no obligation to purchase goods from Green People.

4. Green Points do not have a monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Green People may from time to time issue Green People vouchers in exchange for Green Points but are not obliged to do so at any time.

6. Green Points can only be redeemed against products bought directly from The Green People Co Ltd.

7. Green Points cannot be used in partial payment of a product – you will need to save up the full amount necessary to earn your chosen product before you can redeem them.

8. Green People reserve the right to alter the number of Green Points earned on each product purchase and the number of Green Points needed to earn a free product at any time.

9.Green Points are always redeemed against full price products even if they are on special offer.

10. It is Green People's intention to run the Green Points Scheme for the foreseeable future. However, Green People reserve the right to suspend, postpone or cease operation of the Green Points Scheme at any time. In the event of such suspension, postponement or cessation, no compensation or recompense whatsoever will be due to customers who have unredeemed Green Points.
