1. The Green People Customer Loyalty Scheme is open to all UK personal customers who purchase directly from The Green People Co Ltd and who meet the entry requirements as set out in the following clauses.
   
2. Membership is not open to trade accounts including wholesalers, shops or therapists.
   
3. The Customer Loyalty Scheme runs from 1st April to 31st March each year, this period is called the Scheme Year.
   
4. Membership for the current Scheme Year will be offered to all UK personal customers who spent £250 or more during the 12 month period immediately prior to the start of the Scheme Year.
   
5. Green People may also offer Membership of the Scheme to other selected UK personal customers from time to time.
   
6. Membership of the Scheme is free of charge to all Members provided they have met the entry requirements as set from time to time.
   
7. Members of the Scheme are under no obligation to purchase goods from Green People.
   
8. Renewal of Membership for the next Scheme Year will be offered to those Members who have made purchases of at least £250 (or such amount as set from time to time) during the current Scheme Year.
   
9. It is Green People's intention to run the Customer Loyalty Scheme for the foreseeable future. However, Green People reserve the right to suspend, postpone or cease operation of the Customer Loyalty Scheme at any time. In the event of such suspension, postponement or cessation, no compensation or recompense whatsoever will be due to Members of the Scheme.
