CHASE – vital help for life limited children

Chase supports families with life-limited children and teenagers, those who are not expected to live to reach the age of 19. CHASE care and support is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, at no cost to families. CHASE goes right to the crucial point of need – the home. Dedicated help is given in the family's own home, starting immediately after diagnosis, through bereavement and beyond. Families are also welcomed and supported at our children's hospice, called Christopher’s, just outside Guildford.
