All of the Green People natural, organic hair care products are free from harsh foaming agents such as Sodium lauryl sulphate (SLS) Sodium laureth sulphate (SLES), Parabens, GMOs, artificial fragrances, ethyl alcohol and harsh foaming agents. Our products are not tested on animals. All of our natural hair care range is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Our packaging is recyclable and non air-freighted so you can be sure that any environmental impact is minimal.

Natural hair care products for gorgeous shine

Our range of natural hair care products caters for everyone, even those with psoriasis, eczema, sensitive scalps or allergies to traditional hair products. We blend lovely organic ingredients to create chemical-free shampoos and conditioners which have a cleansing, nourishing effect on the hair and scalp.

Research has shown that ingredients such as Sodium Lauryl Sulphate (SLS), which are commonly used in mainstream shampoos and conditioners, can actually have a damaging effect on hair follicles. It is also a known skin irritant and may therefore cause discomfort and an itchy scalp in those with sensitive skin.

At Green People, we avoid the use of SLS and all other unnecessary synthetic chemicals in our natural hair care range. Our organic hair care products are free from Parabens, Petrochemicals, DEA, TEA, Ethyl alcohol, harsh foaming agents, and synthetic fragrances and colourants, which cause skin irritation to many.

Our avoidance of these synthetic substances means that our natural hair care products tend to be suitable for people who may be prone to eczema and psoriasis, as well as those with other kinds of sensitive skin. Of course, Green People’s organic products are also perfect if you are looking to reduce your contact with toxins as part of a greener, healthier lifestyle.

Natural nourishment for normal/dry hair

If you have normal or dry hair, our Organic Aloe Vera range is the perfect way to help give it a smoother and shinier finish. The Aloe Vera Shampoo cleans your hair thoroughly, also softening it, whilst the Aloe Vera Conditioner leaves hair looking and feeling silky and revitalised by restoring its natural moisture.

Also part of our natural hair care selection for normal or dry hair is the Aloe Vera Styling Gel, which provides a light hold. Using a combination of aloe vera, avocado oil and sunflower oil, it moisturises and fortifies hair shafts. It also contains a potent blend of natural proteins and vitamins which help to repair damaged hair.

Balancing goodness for normal/oily hair

Our organic Rosemary Shampoo is great for cleansing and enriching normal or oily hair, as well as having a calming effect on itchy scalps. The essential oils of rosemary and lavender within this natural shampoo reduce dandruff by stimulating circulation in the scalp.

The Rosemary Conditioner, which also has dandruff-reducing properties, is excellent for using alongside the shampoo and contains olive oil and sunflower oil which give hair a natural, healthy appearance.

Intensive care for damaged hair

If your hair needs special attention because it is damaged, chemically-treated or frequently blow-dried, our Intensive Repair range could be just what you need. The Intensive Repair Shampoo is a natural hair care product which contains organic geranium and sandalwood, as well as a whole host of valuable vitamins and nutrients that nourish under-the-weather hair for that unmistakable healthy shine.

The Intensive Repair Conditioner is perfect for using alongside the Shampoo, as it contains vitamins and plant extracts which give your hair an extra boost of shine and help it to become even stronger and healthier. This pair are two of our most popular organic hair care products.
