At Green People, we have a commitment to all things natural and organic. As part of this commitment, we have developed a wonderful range of natural shower gels (many of which also double as bubble baths!). They cleanse your skin gently yet effectively, leaving it soft, smooth and healthy. Our diverse selection of shower gels means that we will have the perfect formulation for your needs, whether you have dry and sensitive skin or you are looking for something for all the family to use.

So what’s different about us?

Many of the well-known body care products you will find in supermarkets and high street shops today include synthetic chemicals such as SLS (Sodium lauryl sulphate), Parabens and DEA. Whilst these create a foaming effect and preserve the product well, they may have an irritating effect on sensitive skin.

Our range of organic shower gels does not contain any of these chemicals, nor any synthetic fragrances or colourants, which are a common cause of allergic reactions. Instead, our shower gels are filled to the brim with natural ingredients such as aloe vera, mandarin and rosemary. These are incredibly effective at cleansing and nourishing the skin, but do not have any of the toxins or other harsh qualities of the synthetic alternatives.

Gentle cleansing for sensitive skin

According to research published in the British Journal of Dermatology in 2001, 55% of women and 45% of men have sensitive skin.1 It is often characterised by itchiness and a burning or stinging sensation; symptoms which will seem all too familiar to many of us. Those who suffer from sensitive skin may well notice its effects most after coming into contact with skin care products such as soap and bubble bath.

Whilst every member of our natural shower gel range is suitable for use by those with sensitive skin, Green People’s Organic Base No Scent Shower Bath is the mildest and gentlest of them all. The organic aloe vera and coconut extract leave your skin lovely and smooth, whilst the fact it is fragrance-free makes it ideal for those with perfume allergies.
