Returns Policy and Procedure

GREEN PEOPLE NO QUIBBLE GUARANTEE

In the unlikely event that we supply goods that are faulty, we will exchange them or refund your payment. If for any other reason you wish to return goods we will exchange them or refund your payment. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Green People will refund or replace any products if:

1. They were purchased direct from us within the last 28 days
2. They are returned with a completed Return Form

CANCELLING GOODS

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. However, Green People, as a member of SafeBuy, allows you 14 days in which to do this. This applies to all our products. Please give a returns reason of "Contract Cancellation".

Please return any products not purchased direct from us to the place of purchase.

Products purchased from us
Complete, then Print our Return Form.

2. Completed Returns Form
3. Your original Receipt
