Apply a small amount of toothpaste to your toothbrush.

Gently brush teeth and gums.

Spit out excess toothpaste once you have finished brushing.
Note: Fluoride-free and safe to swallow.
Prevent plaque and tartar buildup with regular brushing and routine dental cleanings. Brush teeth and gums carefully morning and evening and preferably after each meal.
This mild foaming toothpaste can be used with an electric or a manual toothbrush. Follow your dentist’s recommendations based on your own dental health needs.

Always check that your local recycling authority accepts toothpaste tubes before adding your finished tube to your household recycling box. If they do not accept toothpastes, please take the tubes to your nearest toothpaste collection point.
