DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Pour sunscreen into your cupped palm until full then apply to body 30 minutes before exposure to sun then every 2 hours or after swimming. For children, measure using their cupped palm. Measurement should be equivalent to 2mg per cm².

I really liked the design of the bottle; it was easy to dispense - with a small hole to squeeze the right amount out.  We really liked the smell!  The children liked having it applied and it rubbed in well and absorbed straight away.  It was value for money, offers a high enough UV and protected the children's skin well.  Our favourite cream we tested!
