How to return or exchange a UK online purchase
To offer an exchange or refund, we need your product returned to us and you can do this in the UK by using our FREE return postal service.
Please send any returns to FREEPOST GREEN PEOPLE.
Some Post Offices may require a postcode to provide proof of postage, this can be given verbally but please do not write it on the package – RH13 8LN. The only thing that you need to write on the address label is FREEPOST GREENPEOPLE.
Please include our returns form with your parcel.
This helps us to identify your return as belonging to you and the feedback you gives helps us to identify any issues with our products.
How to return or exchange an overseas online purchase
The freepost service does not apply to returns made from outside the UK.
If you are outside of the UK and wish to return an item to us you can do so at the following address: Green People Company Ltd, Unit 10-11 Pondtail Farm, Coolham Road, West Grinstead, RH13 8LN, UK. Please note we are not able to cover postage costs.
If you are returning a high value item to us or are concerned that your items may get lost in the post, we advise calling our customer care team first who will advise on the most secure way of returning your items.
Postal delays can happen so if you’re worried your returns parcel won’t make it to us before the 28-day cut-off point, just give us a call and we’ll make a note that it’s on the way.
Returning items in store
To return an item to our Horsham store you will need to have received your product within the last 28 days and provide us with a receipt that shows the price you paid originally. Our store manager can then approve a refund and offer an exchange or full refund.
Can I return opened items?
We understand that you may need to open and test the products first and even if you have opened and used a product, we will accept your return as long as it is 90% full and returned within 28 days of receipt of your order.
If you have opened the product, please replace the lid and seal it tightly to prevent spoilage during postage.
Returning electrical items
If you believe your diffuser has developed a manufacturing fault, please contact our customer care team who will see if they can rectify this. If they are unable to help you resolve the issue and the item is still under warranty, they can then process a refund that is equal to the original purchase price.
Please note, diffusers that have been damaged by improper use cannot be refunded.
