We pack all our orders by hand and if we have missed an item from your order, or have given you the wrong item, we want to make this right.
Received the wrong item?

Missing an item?
Please let us know as soon as you realise you are missing an item from your delivery. We may have divided your delivery into two parcels and there’s a good chance that the missing item is already on its way to you.
If we discover the missing item did not make the post, we’ll arrange for it to be delivered free of charge or, if you prefer, we can arrange a refund.
Perfecting our packing
Our warehouse team pride themselves on their packing and so that we can keep our packing perfect, we log any reports of missing or incorrect items posted.
This helps us to know whether we need to make changes to our packing process and ensures that we can maintain our high customer service levels.
