Make sure the top is screwed on tightly, then twist the pump 90 degrees to open. Once open, you can then push the pump down to release the hand wash.

Unfortunately, there are certain criteria’s that we have to follow when using a courier and the majority of couriers do require all items to be put in a bag. Amongst other reasons, the bags provide additional protection during transit, and if left safe, against weather conditions.

They are made from cornstarch and are 100% biodegradable. They can be placed in your composter, in your normal refuse bin or even dissolved in water!
