Delivery Charges

On your first order, we offer free delivery (mainland UK accounts with mainland UK delivery addresses only). Thereafter, delivery charges are set as the following:

In general orders are dispatched on the day after they are received, however at busy times this may not be possible. Please therefore allow us 1-3 working days to receive your package. IF YOUR ORDER IS URGENT please call us on 01403 740350 and we will mark it as a priority.

Orders sent by Courier need to be signed-for on delivery unless you give us special instructions to leave the goods without them being signed for. Where such a request is made, Green People cannot accept responsibility for any loss of or damage to the delivery.

Orders to overseas locations are subject to delivery charges as set out in the following table:

For orders over £200, please contact us as we will need to calculate the postage cost depending on the weight of your parcel to cover our costs.

Please note that because of their higher value and an increase in parcels going missing in transit, all overseas orders with a net value of over £40 will now be sent using a tracked delivery system. The delivery charges shown above include the increased costs of using this service.

Please note: We do not accept responsibility for non-delivery of orders when delivered to addresses outside of the European Community.

TAXATION ON ORDERS DELIVERED OUTSIDE OF EUROPE

Recipients of orders sent to destinations outside the EEC (including the Channel Islands) are responsible for any local taxes that are due on the goods.

UK purchase tax (VAT) is not charged on such orders. VAT is deducted at the Checkout stage of ordering - after the delivery country has been specified.

The formats allowed are “BFPO NNN” where NNN is 1-3 numeric digits.
