How to check the status of your Green People order
Once we receive your order, we’ll send you a series of emails confirming its status, and these will come into the inbox linked to your Green People account.
If you checked out as a guest, your order status emails will be sent to the email address you gave us at the time of ordering.
Alternatively, if you have a Green People account, you can log in to it to see the status of your order.

If you do not receive your parcel within 3-5 days of receiving your despatch email, check the tracking information received on your email or please contact us ASAP and we’ll do our best to locate your delivery.
How to track a priority despatch order
Not received your next day delivery order? We offer a choice of two next day couriers and they may contact you with details of how to track the status of your order.
If you have provided us with an email address, the tracking details will be shown on your despatch email.
You can also contact our customer care team who will be able to confirm whether your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
