- Green People reserves the right to end The Green Beauty Club at any time. Green Beauty Club members will be provided with three months’ notice of any such termination and all unclaimed Green Beauty Points and unredeemed Gift Cards will cease to be valid once the three month termination period has elapsed.
- Green Points issued for the purchase of goods are based on the Nett price paid for the goods, less any discounts, delivery charges, or duties for deliveries outside of Great Britain.
- Green Points can be converted to Green Beauty Gift Cards. Green Beauty Gift Cards are issued in £ sterling and can only be redeemed against the purchase of products on www.greenpeople.co.uk
- Green Points expire after 6 months.
- Green Beauty Gift Cards are valid for one year from the point of issue, after which time they will expire and cease to be valid.
- Green Beauty Gift Cards are only valid against purchases made when logged in to the associated account, and cannot be transferred to other Green People account users.
- Green Beauty Gift Cards cannot be used on existing subscriptions, please instead click the 'apply to an existing subscription' button under the points exchange slider on the Green Beauty Club page. The discount will be applied to your next upcoming subscription order.
- Reviews: Green Points will only be issued for reviews placed via review emails issued after purchase.
- Refer a Friend: Green Points will only be issued when the referred customer places an order meeting the qualifying spend on www.greenpeople.co.uk.
- If for any reason you need to return your Green People order, your Green Points will deducted to the value of your return.
- If you have used Green Beauty Gift Cards to purchase an item subsequently returned to Green People, your Green Beauty Gift Cards and Green Points will be deducted in line with the value of your return.
- Green Points and Green Point vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
