IS THERE A LIMIT ON HOW MANY GREEN PEOPLE SUBSCRIPTION ITEMS I CAN ORDER?
No, there is no limit and you can add as many subscription items to your basket as you like. You can also tailor the frequency that you receive different subscription products so that you never risk running out of your everyday essentials.
CAN I CHECKOUT A SUBSCRIPTION PRODUCT AND A NON-SUBSCRIPTION PRODUCT IN THE SAME TRANSACTION?
Yes, you can checkout a basket which contains a combination of subscription and non-subscription products. However, please note that promotion codes are not valid on any baskets that contain a subscription item. If you wish to apply a promotion code to a non-subscription item, we suggest separating your subscription and non-subscription products and checking them out in separate transactions.
Please note, delivery charges are not applicable to any subscription order product, but our UK postage fees will apply to any non-subscription orders that equate to less than £15.00.
HOW WILL MY SUBSCRIPTION BE SENT?
All subscription orders will be sent by First Class Royal Mail post. If you would like your order to be sent by priority next day delivery you will need to contact our customer care team on the day of your subscription renewal to pay the additional £6.99 for the express service.
WILL GREEN PEOPLE SUBSCRIPTION & NON-SUBSCRIPTION PRODUCTS BE DELIVERED TOGETHER?
If you have purchased your items in a single transaction, and they are not on pre-order, they will be dispatched together. If you purchased your items in separate transactions but would like them dispatched together, please contact our customer care team on firstname.lastname@example.org or call 01403 740350.
CAN I APPLY A DISCOUNT CODE TO MY GREEN PEOPLE SUBSCRIPTION ORDER?
Our promotion codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts. While promotion codes cannot be applied to subscription orders, all subscription products are discounted by 15% and we do not charge delivery for subscription order products.
WHEN WILL PAYMENT FOR MY GREEN PEOPLE SUBSCRIPTION BE TAKEN?
By completing a subscription order, you authorise us to take a fixed, automated payment from your account. You will be notified of any upcoming payments via email and you can change the account that we take the payment from at any time. You can also change the frequency that we dispatch and charge for your subscription at any time.
Payment will be taken on the day that your subscription renews.
Please note, if we are unable to take the automated payment, you will be contacted, and your subscription product(s)will not be dispatched until payment has been received. To ensure there is no break in your subscription please keep your bank details up to date in your Green People account. WILL THE COST OF MY GREEN PEOPLE SUBSCRIPTION VARY?
The cost of your subscription is the price advertised on our website minus the 15% subscriber discount. Green People reviews prices annually and should the cost of your subscription product(s) change you will be notified of any price increases or price decreases before you are charged.
CAN I GIFT A GREEN PEOPLE SUBSCRIPTION?
Yes, as long as the recipient has a UK address you can gift a subscription. However, please note that the subscription can only be managed or cancelled by the person that set-up the subscription.

CAN I SUBSCRIBE TO A PRODUCT IF I LIVE OUTSIDE OF THE UK?
Unfortunately our subscription service is only available for UK residents at present.
MY GREEN PEOPLE SUBSCRIPTION PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK
If stock shortages mean Green People cannot fulfil your subscription on time, our customer care team will contact you with further information about the expected delivery date.
HOW CAN I AMEND MY GREEN PEOPLE SUBSCRIPTION?

MY GREEN PEOPLE SUBSCRIPTION ITEMS HAVE NOT ARRIVED
We aim to deliver all subscription products within 7 days of payment being taken. Your subscription products will be dispatched on a rolling basis, based on the delivery frequency that you selected. During peak packing periods delivery may take a little longer and we ask that you wait 10 days before contacting our customer care to trace your order. I WANT TO CANCEL MY GREEN PEOPLE SUBSCRIPTION
Your subscription can be cancelled at any time before the day of your subscription renewal by managing your subscription preferences in your Green People account. Please note that if you cancel your subscription on the day of renewal your card will be charged and you will receive your subscription product.
