What is covered by your product warranty?
Each Alexandra Kay Time to Breathe Ceramic Diffuser purchased from www.greenpeople.co.uk comes with a warranty which lasts for 12 months from the original purchase date.
This guarantees that, should your diffuser develop a technical fault within 12 months of your original purchase date, and the malfunction is found to be a manufacturing fault, we will replace the damaged diffuser.
If the diffuser cannot be replaced, a full refund will be offered.
What is not covered by your product warranty?
The warranty only applies to Alexandra Kay Time To Breathe Ceramic Diffusers purchased from www.greenpeople.co.uk and proof of purchase will need to be provided in order to make a claim under the warranty.
Accidental damage to the diffuser is not covered by the warranty and this applies to accidental damage to the ceramic shell of the diffuser, as well as accidental damage to the electrical components.
The diffuser is designed to work with 110-240 volt mains outlets using the USB plug adaptor supplied. Using any other power source will invalidate the warranty.
To prevent accidental damage to your Alexandra Kay Time to Breathe Ceramic Diffuser we recommend using it with Alexandra Kay essential oil blends and taking care to place the diffuser on a sturdy surface area, out of the reach of animals and young children.
To preserve the lifespan of your Alexandra Kay Time to Breathe Ceramic Diffuser clean it every 8-10 uses, unplugging it from the power supply before you cleanse it using the instructions provided in your usage manual.
